Shipping and delivery

All our products are delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium the next business day if ordered before 6 p.m. Deliveries to Germany take 2 to 3 business days. For other countries in Europe, we have a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, the order will be processed at the end of the day on Monday.

Shipping costs

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing the order confirmation. You will receive the track & trace code from the carrier as soon as the order is processed, this usually happens between 17:00 and 19:00.

Discreet shipping label and no printing on the box

We always ship all our erotic orders as discreetly as possible in a carton box without printing, making it impossible for others to see what is inside. This keeps ordering from us as anonymous and discreet as possible. Also, all of our own brand products come in discreet packaging, making it easy to discreetly store the product at home as well.

Product not in stock / in backorder, now what?

Unfortunately, the product you want may not be in stock. If this is the case, it is clearly indicated on the product page. Of course, things can go wrong sometime. In this case, we will contact you soon by e-mail. If we do not receive a response, we will try to contact you by phone. We will make every effort to deliver the product to you within 10 days. If you do not wish to agree to this, we will cancel the order for you and you will of course receive a refund.

Ordering from outside the European Union (EU)

We are not liable for any additional charges such as import duties and local taxes for orders placed from outside the European Union (EU). These costs are entirely at your own risk. For more information, contact local customs and/or other government agencies.

On weekends, we deliver only on Saturdays. No new orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays and Sundays. If you place an order on one of these days, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Business bulk purchases

For bulk purchases, we charge the pallet costs we incur to the customer. We ship orders over €1000 for free within the Netherlands and Belgium. For all rates by country, please refer to the table below.

Dropshipping

Dropshipping orders are subject to an additional charge on top of the shipping cost. Below are the total shipping costs we charge.
